Third Party & Outsourcing Risk Specialist

We are looking for a Second-Line Risk Specialist to join the team and ensure robust oversight of third-party and outsourcing arrangements.

What will you do?

• Provide independent second-line oversight of third-party and outsourcing risk.
• Review and challenge risk assessments and control frameworks.
• Evaluate material outsourcing arrangements to ensure alignment with internal policies and external regulations.
• Advise internal stakeholders on regulatory expectations, specifically regarding DORA and EBA Guidelines.
• Collaborate with various business lines to embed robust risk management practices.

Where will you be working?

You will be joining a major, confidential financial institution based in Amsterdam. Known for its commitment to high standards and regulatory excellence, the organization offers a professional and collaborative environment. This role is a hybrid position, requiring your presence at the Amsterdam office approximately 2 days per week, with Wednesday being a fixed office day.

• A competitive monthly salary between €7,600 and €8,700, commensurate with experience.

What are we looking for?

• Extensive experience in risk management, with a specific focus on operational, outsourcing, or third-party risk.
• Proven track record within the financial services sector.

• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Preferred: Proficiency in the Dutch language and specific knowledge regarding cloud outsourcing.
• Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into practical business advice.
